We are looking for a dedicated and communicative Relationship Assistant to join our team. This professional will be responsible for maintaining close relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. They will act as the point of contact between the company and its customers, resolving inquiries, recording feedback, and proposing improvements in service processes.
The Relationship Assistant plays a key role in building a positive image of the company, so interpersonal skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities are essential. Additionally, they will monitor satisfaction indicators, prepare reports, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
Main activities include customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media, tracking requests and complaints, identifying opportunities to improve customer relationships, and participating in training and meetings focused on service excellence.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in customer service, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in CRM tools, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. A degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related fields will be considered a plus.
